Here's a little game for you, /vp/.

Try to come up with the most annoying pokemon you could possibly face in OU but it has to meet these two requirements:
-it has to be good enough to actually receive OU usage, so no shitty gimmickmons;
-it must not be broken or uncompetitive enough to be banned to ubers.

Stats: 65/90/155/50/115/25 (500 BST)

Moves include Stealth Rock, Spikes, Toxic Spikes, Toxic, Spiky Shield, Gyro Ball, Gunk Shot, Poison Jab, Clear Smog, Knock Off, Rapid Spin, Recover, Iron Defense etc.

Essentially a combination of some of the most frustrating aspects of Toxapex, Ferrothorn and a bit of Forretress and Weezing. Its combination of unique typing and ability give it a fuckton of useful resistances/immunities (Bug, Dragon, Fairy, Flying, Grass, Ground, Ice, Normal, Poison, Rock, Steel), and only a single weakness to Fire. 65/155/115 defenses and reliable recovery would make it a pain in the ass to take down, and no doubt it would see extensive usage in OU thanks to it packing all three types of hazard and also the ability to spin them away. Stall teams got just that little bit more cancerous.

Being one of the best answers ot Landorus-T is also a nifty quality for it.

Don't those somewhat exclude each other? Smogoncucks instantly ban anything they hate because muh overcentralising meta yada yada so as soon as something sufficiently annoying surfaces its doomed (see boobookeys, aegislash, mega gengar, genesect, mega mawile. legion of examples)

I was thinking Heavy Slam would be cheaper because Heavy Slam does more damage the more your pokemon weighs than your opponents, and Celesteela is the heaviest pokemon in the game.

The point of the Celesteela set isn't just to do DOT, but also to tank a lot of hits and heal up any damage done to it.

True, but the point of my set is near immortality. It's a pain in the ass to deal with because unless you have a really powerful fire type or electric type move with enough PP, not only does it drain a bit of HP from the enemy, but it also heals most of its HP in 2 turns, and is invincible for half of those turns.

The Salazzle set on the other hand deals a lot of DOT, but will die pretty quickly if they have a water type, ground type, or psychic type, for instance.

And Baton Passing a Speed boost to the Celesteela. Fast SubSeed Protect spam with Leftovers and Ingrain will make absolute jokes of nearly any counter that isn't immune to Leech Seed. Partner with Toxic Spikes of course as well and you've become immortal cancer incarnate.

It's min-maxed because its 600 BST is perfectly distributed to make the most of it. It has just enough SpA to make HP Ice useful, enough speed to outspeed the entire defensive meta as well as the entire offensive meta after a Rock Polish, enough bulk to surive virtually anything that isn't a SE hit and enough Attack to threaten most of the tier. Nothing goes to waste. That's the definition of min-maxing.
