Seems like it's the same, but I think hyper training might be more accessible, because of the battle Agency of all things. It gives gold bottle caps and a shit ton of FC so you can level up from around 60ish with rare kitchens, and you have highish level wild chanseys/SOS blisseys to get you up to that level.
