Note it is 4x weak to Fighting and Ground with 61 base HP, its only recovery is rest, and a dicks movepool.

Pretty much its best stuff is Gyro Ball/Trick Room/Superpower/Earthquake, but why use Stakataka in Trick Room when there are much better options

Rock/Ghost is much better than rock/steel. it may have more weaknesses, but it doesn't have any 4x weaknesses which is much more important

Trick Room is viable. Some Pokemon can be good in Trick Room. Some Pokemon are also usable outside of Trick Room, they do not rely it. These are the ones you use in Trick Room.

Water is bulky, fire is damaging, electric is fast, ice is weak to everything, and of course rock is high defense and low HP

I seriously thought this was a for sure thing. I thought they were hinting at it from the beginning.
Still, i'm not sure recovery would fix it's problems. With that HP it isn't going to survive against something that can exploit it's 4x weaknesses.
