Dex is 403 in size, Necrozma is #400.

Can't tell you. I didn't try leaving the area and going to the Battle Tree, since I wanted to finish the story content. You're probably locked to that area until you deal with them.

I'm pretty disappointed, XY/ORAS/SM all had a midnight launch and with BF2 launching tomorrow night as we'll I thought my store would have.
