Trick room doesn't make Stakataka faster than the enemy team for 4 turns, it makes YOUR TEAM faster than the enemy team for 3 turns if you decide to switch.
you know who else loves being in trick room teams? slowbro, reuniclus, cofagrigus and cresselia, mons that eat mach punches for free and can set the trick room again.
Mons that can BOTH set up trick room and attack on the spot are extremely rare, reuniclus barely pulls it off, having another one like staka who can do both will certainly let it find a spot on a team.
