They take more damage from Low Kick and Grass Knot and take less damage from Heavy Slam and Heat Crash.
Aside from weighing more, they're completely identical to regular Pokémon.

Speaking of totem forms, how many stickers do you need for each pokemon? I have 40 something and I want a mimikyu, not sure if I should go for the totem sized one or wait until I find one on the wild.

Some of them also have their hidden abilities locked in. Totem Kommo-o has Overcoat which is probably the most situational out of all of its situational abilities but I guess it's good for sleep powder and spore. Araquanid does not have its hidden ability thankfully
