This makes me wonder, is there just the one single Arceus we all know and love, or does each timeline have its own iteration of Arceus? If so then wouldn't that imply some force beyond the white horseyman?

Or perhaps arceus are pokemon of some higher plane of existence similar to the concept of UBs, and each of their universes is another egg they shat out with a ditto at some daycare center in that realm
