>>34184727Not only forgettable but everytime I am reminded of some of those filler lines I get legit mad. For sure the majority of Gen 5 is forgettable or poorly designed while at least the few good ones are I'd dare to say even iconic. For example Gen 5 brought Bug types to their golden age saving previous gen ones too with shit like U-Turn, Quiver Dance and HAs.
Meanwhile the Patrat, Pidove, Swoobat, Ducklett, Roggenrolla, Klinklang, and many other awful lines happened and not only as remake genwun lines but worse even stats wise, fucking Zebstrika for example. Very few surpassed them in a successful way, the Excadrill line, the tumor fighter line, ugly shroom, sleepy tapir #2, ferrothorn and that's probably all. If you don't naturally forget some then those are the mons you wish you were able to forget.
