Regice and Kyurem will never get Freeze Dry despite being ice legendaries and their dex entries. Nor will Glaceon.
It's amazing how they bother to create an overworld animation in BW2 for Kyurem where it looks like Ice Shard / Icicle Crash / Icicle Spear but no actual movepool. Unova cover dragons are the absolute worst.

Caught a Regirock after gorillion of minutes, apparently it only has Power Gem lol, also got lucky and found and caught a Virizion with Trop Kick, not sure how to feel about it, might be a pivot mon. I'm hunting mons through portals, the Uxie I recently got has Miracle Eye, Mesprit has Quiver Dance and Azelf got Final Gambit. Currently fighting and spamming my timer balls on a Registeel spamming King's Shield, my boyfriend told me he managed to catch Skill Swap and Shift Gear Regigigas.

So...this happened, got this Landorus and brought it to the move relearner, Incarnate form got Thousand Waves and Therian got Thousand Arrows allowing you to get both in the same movepool like with the Deoxys level up movepools. Used all my Rare Candy on it and it was able to learn Dragon Ascent at L.100!
I'm so proud my favorite Pokemon is finally good now!
