Is PIRATING UltraSM worth it if I thought SM was "kinda good and better than expected but felt rushed in the end"?

I'm one of those fuckers who feels their pokemon aren't legit if playing in a pirated game but to be fucking honest I don't want to give GF more money for games that aren't a third version anymore (as someone who hardly gets money and saved during months for the original SM)

Are the game's changes, plot and overall content worth it or I'm better off continuing playing SoulSilver?
