Not really Latios with old 50% boost Soul Dew was basicly a counter for Groudon and similar pokemons. It basicly was able to nuke almost everything away with Draco Meteor. So It was a nice switch into EQ and then just nuke one pokemon.

Naganadel with +1 Sp. Atk. boost will just sweep through whole teams. There's only one downside Dragon and Poison moves can be completly nullified.

It's far above Latios because It has alot more speed, 1 free Z move(like Latios Sould Dew Draco Meteor but no Sp. Atk. drop) and better typing. It wont get melted by Sucker Punch.

At least can't Roost or Focus Blast / Surf / Ice Beam. Luckily no EQ and higher Atk stats too. Nasty Plot + (Speed) Boost can be a pain in the ass to deal with tho.
It can't Bug Buzz too I think, not like it needed non stab Bug moves beside U-Turn but being a harder digimon version of an already existing digimon Mega Beedrill is hilarious for this overlook.
