Gen 7: Just drop your Pokemon off at Pelago, pick what stat you want to train, and set the timer. You can add beans to make it faster too.
ALSO Gen 7: Start an SOS chain against a Pokemon who gives the right EVs, knock out the Pokemon called in until you max out the stat you need. Plus you have a chance of finding a shiny.
