Stomping Tantrum is 100% accurate, instead of an infuriating 95% accuracy, which is the main reason to prefer it, also since your main STAB is the infamous Stone Edge you can sometimes exploit Stomping Tantrum's side effect(it will jump up to 199 BP after Tough Claws). If you use Drill Run on this you are a shitter that put no real thought into the moveset.
Fire Fang has merits in OU, but Lycanroc in OU is questionable by itself, in lower tiers there isn't any real Steel that you will need it for. Without a SD boost this thing is hardly threatening, so I wouldn't think about discarding it.
