Real answer is answer is Lucario.
However, I'd keep Lucario in for the sake of all earnest 12 year old boys who think (or used to think back in the day) that it's cool as shit. All the furry side of its fanbase can go die for all I care.

none, because removing Pokemon is a stupid, immature, childish move, unless its a hard reboot of the series. Just because you don't like a Pokemon doesn't mean others share your opinion about said Pokemon. I'm sure your favorite Pokemon is disliked by many, would you want it removed because they don't like it?

Hoopa almost singlehandedly ruined ORAS's Legendary hunt, which is downright impressive. And it's a Mythical Pokémon, so it's not even as if it's a major part of the series - you literally cannot obtain it in any game. It gets my vote without a doubt.
