Never mentioned anything about lootboxes nor microtransactions nor EA. Stop conflating Nintendo games to EA. They're really not alike at all.
Not all DLC is the same. Free and cheap storyline DLC has been available for many games, with the intention of providing additional content that wasn't able to be finished for the main release. Did I mention FREE? How is that not superior to a full price third version? Other lesser franchises to Pokemon handle DLC well, without being money sucking pigs.
Superior versions shouldn't even exist in the first place. The FIRST game should be the complete version. GF got away with it for so long because Pokemon. Can't believe people complain about microtransactions but defend THIS. The ONLY time it's alright if it is a sequel with a brand new story. Oh and USUM wasn't even a 'complete' version. Still charging full price tho!
Pokemon doesn't exist in a vacuum. Things change, and the backlash from USUM being a third version is a sign of the times. Stop excusing blatant cash grabbing faggot.
