I have a villain theme idea, to go with the OC region shitfics I'm writing. It's split into two, three if you count pre-split.

>Traced his ancestry back to the last king of the region
>This means he is the rightful heir to its throne
>Uses precise strikes as well as larger-scale attacks to disrupt the government, steal secret data, copy technologies, etc.
>Great tactician, great battler, even managed to catch, tame and train an Entei
>Very charismatic, all followers from soldiers (grunts) to knights (admin) truly believe in him
>Passed away to sickness
>Team Crown (post-split)
>Leader Nero/Rex, Kong's son (name undecided)
>Dark-type specialist
>Ace Bisharp
>"The king is dead, long live the king"
>Always wanted to be king instead of his father
>Uses ruthless attacks to disrupt the government, steal secret data, spread chaos, etc.
>Great tactician, good battler, inherited Entei but can't control it
>Bad leader, all of Team Crown's knights are only still there because of loyalty for Kong
>Soldiers have mostly been replaced with grunts a la Team Rocket/Skull
>Operation 'Sovereign'
>Leader Sceptre, Kong's former right hand
>Ghost-type specialist
>Ace Aegislash
>After deciding Nero/Rex was no good, he left Team Crown
>Secretly started Operation 'Sovereign', plans to claim the throne in Kong's name
>Consists mostly of former Team Crown knights, soldiers and researchers
>Very charismatic, uses Kong's name and fame to further his own agenda
>Crap tactician and battler, never publicly attacks
>Uses Nero's/Rex's attacks as a divertion for his own stealth missions, to steal secret data, copy technologies, etc.
>Nero/Rex doesn't know any of this
>Plans to use weapons and technology Kong deemed too cruel
