Black and White 2 are third versions. Gamefreak refers to them and Crystal/Emerald/Platinum as "Upper" versions. If you thought they were never doing third versions again you're retarded and the minority. If you're pretending you always hated third versions you're a liar or underage. A sequel is not the same as a third version, BW2 had far more content than your average Emerald. The problem with USUM is precisely the fact they're third versions but split in two for easy shekels.

Oh okay, Diamond and Pearl aren't Core games then because I didn't like them.

They are literally, objectively third versions, as are USUM. That is not a comparison of quality, it's a fact. If BW2 were trash and USUM were gold it would still be true.
