Started Sun with Rowlet. When I finished I replayed through after a few months with Popplio so that now in Ultra Sun I could try out Litten. I guess when I replay Ultra Sun eventually I'll just pick whatever was more fun to play with.

I think the more useful skills would be tailwind (z-tailwind is useful) and most tailwind users are weak to electric. And leaf storm, shadow sneak.

Is phantom force useful competitively?

Phantom Force is pretty bad, especially if you run it with Tailwind since you'll inevitably waste some of your boosted turns at some point down the line. If you're wanting to run a Z-Tailwind set then like >>34195824 said, Leaf Blade and Shadow Claw with their higher crit rate combined with Z-Tailwind's +1 crit ratio is a nice combo. After that I'd either go for Substitute or Shadow Sneak/Sucker Punch - it isn't bulky enough to make good use of Roost and Ghost is near unresisted as a STAB so coverage isn't as important to it as other Pokemon. Substitute would be for snubbing moves like Toxic then getting a free turn to set up Z-Tailwind and priority is self explanatory.
