Is it safe to play online now with a hack 3ds? im really worried if i go online i would be ban immediately. i really want to battle and trade online. is there any way?

no issues, just don't do stupid shit like using obviously hacked mons or stuff like that. I have my 3ds hacked to play custom VC rooms and always go online, have not been banned.

Install a non.spoofed cia and load a back up of your file. You should be fine then. You COULD get banned because, without getting too technical, they could track the leaked cia (as far as my little understanding goes).

If you're banned already you'll still be banned since it's a permanent ban for offline. However you can just unban yourself easy.
