>>34219067If you have, you just fight that Lass at the entrance of Victory Road*.
The Wally-type rival learns about the Sacred Beasts in the post-game with you, and they tag battle with you through Dream Tunnel (the dungeon under Uluru/"Dream Rock") to find the first Spirit Beast you encounter. The Lass follows you to Extera Island to train at the Battle Frontier.
Dungeons chronologically include:
-Icy Mountain (yes early game ice types)
-Three small dungeons on small islands including a beehive, a series of dark caves, and a series of alleys lit by Amber lights
-One floor of a volcano
-An underground tunnel filled with rare rock Pokémon
-A mountain filled with gemstones
-A mangrove with an underground forest [final encounter with evil team]
-A power plant
-Victory Road (part of the same mountain range as the first cave dungeon)
Post-Game:
-Underground forest on Extera Island
-Underwater freshwater paradise cave off the shore of the region
-A cave filled only with Glowworm Pokémon (electric/ghost with Schooling)
-The rest of the floors of the volcano
-Dream Tunnel (a tunnel where each floor is a different color and filled with rare Pokémon of a specific type)
And additionally, the region is surrounded by water. You can surf the entirety of the region's perimeter or walk along the shore, but it would take a very long time and NPC's prevent you from doing so during the story. The top part of the region is the Tepid Sea, and the bottom part is the Frigid Ocean. To the top-right is a smaller area called Technicolor Reef, which is divable, and to the bottom-left is Putrid Bay, which is also divable.
