That's not a Rayquaza or Victini or the +1 pentastats boost.
You'd rather have a guaranteed OHKO after SD with Z SE or LO than muh meme boosts. Same goes for Kommo-o's sigbature Z that would fit better mixed sets but it's also one use and DD + Fightium or any other Z type or LO as item works better thanks to he new coverage and STAB.
