Neither of them were useful in post-Marshadow ubers to begin with. Fron what I've seen so far Dusk Mane is a much, much better special wall than Solgaleo and Dawn Wings actually has a use (wallbreaker) unlike Lunala.

Lunala is still B+ in Ubers. And no, Dawn Wings is significantly worse if you're not going into Burst. It's too slow, ability is shit compared to Shadow Shield, and lacks the same sorts of coverage Lunala gets.

Lunala only got better in USUM with access to Heat Wave and Defog.

DW has the capacity to break through walls, something Lunala does not have. Even when Marsh didn't exist Lunala was still essentially a gimmicky z-move sweeper and a scarfer, there were always mons that could handle its role better. And that's why it's in B+. Also heat wave doesnt really help it since coverage was not at all its problem to begin with, and defog is better used on many other mons
