(Frustrated groan) This is where I go on a tangent, so I hope you guys are ready. I have no idea why I'm on here knowing that the only people in these threads are idiots who think they're boss and that only their opinions matter and anyone who disagrees is a fool. All of you are fools, you attack people for liking something you don't and for disliking something you adore. What is so wrong with liking an unpopular Pokemon? We all have our different tastes. I prefer badass and cool Pokemon like Charizard, Samurott, and Incineroar over majestic ones like Primarina, and Serperior. Oh, and the competitive card won't work since I have 0 interest in competitive play. Speaking of which, that's another thing. NOT EVERYONE IS A COMPETITIVE BATTLER!!! It's impossible to get mad at someone for liking a Pokemon that's not good competitively when he/she doesn't play it. I only play the main game. Oh, and Pokemon designs? That is subjective. You can't force someone to dislike a Pokemon. You think I'm going to force people to hate Venusaur? ABSOLUTELY NOT, I'M NOT LIKE THAT AND YOU SHOULDN'T BE EITHER!!! You all are similar to Ash in a way, you don't age at all. Only Ash is a kind person who knows what he is saying. As a Trainer, I am really disappointed in the behavior I'm seeing. How hard is it to have a nice, civilized, friendly conversation. Here, observe. (Clears throat)
Me: "Hello there." Random Boy: "Oh hi." Me: "Say did you play generation 7 of Pokemon?" Random Boy: "Why yes, I did." Me: "SWEET! So who's your favorite starter?" Random Boy: "Decidueye, you?" Me: "Interesting, I went with Incineoar." Random Boy: "I'm sure you two make best friends." Me: "I can say the same about you." Random Girl: "Hey, you two talking about Pokemon?" Random Boy: "Talking about favorite Gen 7 starter." Me: "Did you play any of the gen 7 games?" Random Girl: "I sure did." Random Boy: "Great, who's your favorite starter?" Random Girl: "Primarina's my fave." Me: "Glad you like it, Incineroar all the way for me." Random Boy: "I bet it makes you happy, Decidueye." Random Girl: "Thanks, you both look proud of yours." Me & Random Boy: "We are, very proud of them."
See? Just forget all the starter wars, and let us all return back to the days when Pokemon was fun to talk about.
