You are literally stated to be 11 years old in game. Unless they add an option to use a marker to draw some, I think that would be pretty useless.

SM was pushed out for the 20th anniversary so they probably wanted younger characters so as to be reminiscent of the earlier games while also reminiscent of the newer ones. I expect we'll be back to the 15+ age bracket for Gen 8 tbqh.

They're all the same age.
Everyone from gen 1 to 4 is just shorter because Japanese (kanto/johto/hoenn/sinnoh) people are shorter than American (unova) or French (kalos) people.
