It's not anywhere top tier mon, but once you get boosts (which is possible making the right switch-in into Intimidates/Defogs/Sticky Web or with TR support) it eventually sweeps.
The biggest issue is that its stats are away too balanced, leaving behind its horrible speed. It has the everything mediocre syndrome (that also happens with Silvally, Glalie and others), which makes it not specifically made for nothing. It doesn't have the bulk to try to act like a tank, doesn't have the speed needed for boost sweepers, neither to go full hyper offense.
