The only other reason to run anything but those two would be to have a stronger Explosion. Which isn't as worth I feel.

Hasty is good for a mixed set with Explosion and Knock Off. Just Pheromosa, it's bulk is non-existent so a defense-decreasing nature wouldn't make much of a difference when taking hits.
