They could've at least made Neuroforce a bit more overpowered to compensate the lack of item. Maybe make it also have an auto Miracle Eye effect. If P-Groudon can be immune to a 4x weakness + boosted Fire STAB then U-Necro getting a free Expert Belt + free Miracle Eye wouldn't be any different.

The design is shitty too. Regular Necrozma looks so much cooler and scarier.

I don't know why every single fucking gen except 1/2 they feel the need to give the third legendary dragon type.
