How to improve the next Pokemon game

No.34232515 View ViewReplyOriginalReport
Okay, so with the upcoming Switch game, I think it's a good time to think about new ways to make the game something that both casuals and frequent players can actually enjoy.

>Add a "have you played Pokemon before?" option so you can skip tutorials, or just make them optional or give the player a Teachy TV or a "Trainer Tips Book" where anyone can find about tipe advantages, item holding, catching Pokemon and everything about the basic mechanics.

>Giving a "Broken Exp. Share" which only gives half experience to the last Pokemon in party and you can upgrade it after a certain point in the game.

>Make it possible to change backgrounds for online battles. We have music changes, so why can't we have this, too?

>More customization like long-sleeved clothes or add customized logos to them.

>Make something like Spinda for every Pokemon (adding random details or a slightly different color). Not a big or important change but would actually give more variety to every Pokemon.

>Else, allow to "dress" your Pokemon like they did in Black and White.

>Le Pokemon walk behind you meme.

>Add a "Hard Mode" in which NPCs have higher level Pokemon with certain items and EVs (maybe random) or Egg Moves.

>More exploration and bringing back seasons.

>Add an in-game Dream World accessible with something like BP.

There are many other ideas I have but I think those are the most important or coolest ones. What do you think about?
