Do you think there will be Sinnoh forms of Pokemon in the D/P remakes, or are alternate forms done with now, like Megas and Following Pokemon and other good features from previous generations?

Regional variants will be around as long as there are old Pokemon in new regions and GF keeps the culture of the real life place that inspired the region in mind.

Also Masuda said Mega Pokemon could come back at any time and following Pokemon will probably be in the Switch game since they already have the animations in Gen 7.

I really hope they just bring back megas. Giving a not quite there pokemon a boost and getting it into competitive tier is a lot better than a once a battle move that has a wonky animation and a higher base power. Plus, primal dialga appeared in the mystery dungeon games so we could easily see primal reversion return too.

anon didn't give the full gist. Masuda basically said there were no new megas in S/M as they wanted to do Z-moves, but added they may do them in the future again.
