The only problem of this mon is its awful stat distribution, it could really use moving at least 32 points from Defense to HP to increase its overall bulk by 20% and give it more setup opportunities and attacks to survive, at this point its Defense is so overbloated everyone has to go out of their way to gimp it to turn Beast Boost into Moxie.
Rock/Ghost is a very neat typing, but making something not awful with it would require a completely different stat distribution, ability and movepool.
