Superb mixed attackers, with the option to rape ass going solo atk and solo sp.atk.
Now predicting them will be fucking horrendous. Will there be an SD boosted E-Speed, or is it an SD-boosted Aura-sphere/Vacuum wave.

This item is too much.
But also perhaps sounds a bit like a gimmick, and in the end you basically just switch around the effect of stats and how moves boost them and affect your movepool.
A pokemon with a solid movepool and a good held item will still in the very end be better than having a pokemon with excellent stats and a shit movepool hold an item to possibly change around the stats.
It's actually an interesting concept, could name the item "Wildcard"
