I don't get one thing about it. Why it's making Rain worse?
Mega Swampert can take it down, even if naga is at +1 speed.
Ash-Gren Can take it down.
Kingdra as well.
Ferro can take a hit before nasty plot in rain, and cuck it out with thunder wave if needed or Gyro it.

these mons can't switch into it. if your toxapex and the enemy's naganadel is out you're taking a gamble whether it oneshots your mon on the switch. if you stay with toxapex and it gets a speedboost you're fucked as well

I think it might be banned eventually. Beast Boost makes it too good to sweep everything. Combine that with Nasty Plot, you can throw in the UB on a weaker mon with one of two options. It will either be getting a 2+ special attack on the switch or 1+ speed on something with already crazy speed for the knock out

They're all in OU but thats only because all new Pokemon start in OU (unless they're blatantly busted) in the beginning and then proceed to get knocked down if they aren't used enough. Once the metagame stabilizes itself and Naga gets quick banned, things will drop.

The problem with it is it has always been the Flygon to Steel Type's Garchomp. Cucked offensively by being a subpar offensive typing with an type immune to it (Said type being Steel nonetheless) and also sharing a weakness with Steel type while being worse defensively than it (still is a pretty damn solid defensive type). It doesn't help that it normally doesn't recovery moves however whenever a poison type does get recovery moves it ends up being pretty good.

In that case it would then because they'd have to retest everything thats on a banlist, all they from Ubers down to BL4.
Then in the futre anything that gets a suspect would just get "nerfed" by banning combinations such as "Darkrai is allowed in OU if it doesn't run Nasty Plot" or "Breloom is allowed in UU without Spore"

The problem is that not being a legendary doesn't mean it isn't busted as shit. Stuff like Mega Luke, Mega Gengar, Aegi, Mega Kang, and Mega Mence are still way too fucking good regardless of the generation. Sometimes stuff is retested or just taken out of ubers at the start of a new gen, like Greninja, Hoopa, and Mega Maw were at the start of Sun and Moon, and they're still around. I have no idea what the fuck you're talking about. I just thought the idea of a lizard bandit was cool as fuck, especially with a unique ability. Then it's evolution is all about muh pheromones and completely loses the bandit theme. Plus it's stat spread doesn't fit it's ability at all. Corrosion is really only good for toxic, but with literally no bulk, Salazzle can't really make use of it.

It also generally looks worse than Salandit due to it's loss of the bandana appearance and a worse color scheme. I also hate the Waifuism of Salazzle. You can barely mention it without some autist wanting to fuck it or talking about how it smells.

Not like Toxapex can do much back besides knocking off his lorb (if he even has a lorb) or dealing a meh 60% damage to it.

It fits specific teams like Gastrodon or Amoongus used to, with few other examples. Completely viable in a tier with some builds despite not being part of it due to usage which means you cannot just slap any mon in a team and expect wonders, same goes for the S ranks.
