Now, the Delta Episode did it much, MUCH worse than Emerald, buffing Steven and nerfing the boss to the point that it's almost impossible to lose even if you focus all your turns on attacking Steven's Pokémon so he can't singlehandedly sweep the enemy, despite this being a postgame fight instead of something that happens seven badges in like in Emerald, but they at least get a "you tried" sticker unlike with most of Emerald's content.
