Why wouldn't it be? I've been using the original Cap Pikachu I got.

On a side note though, its really annoying that Cap Pikachus can't use the Pikastrophe Z Move.

how many different z moves can this guy have? i didnt play sun or moon, but i just got UM and have been using the capchu. i was just sittin here thinking "damn, it sucks that other pikachus cant use this capchu-only z move." is 10m volt not the best one?

Just use whatever you like, my man. Pikachu + Light Ball is pretty good in game, and it can even be used against other players with some sort of speed control (i.e. sticky web)

I mean, I just wanted to switch to the Volt Tackle one for a bit, but it was incompatible. So only a regular Pikachu can use it wile 10m volt is only for Ash's.

Catastropika has a higher BP, but 10m has a high crit ratio.
