I’d go Jolly, simply because it has plenty of things that boost its damage output thanks to Tough Claws, Life Orb, etc.; my main playthrough Lycanroc is Lonely, and while she does a fuckton of damage, I really do wish she was a bit faster.

They both have pros and cons, Adamant lets you get the most out of Accelrock and Jolly lets you outspeed some pokemon. I'm using an adamant one for my playthrough and it hits like a bus.
