I haven't watched the Pokemon anime since the early Diamond and Pearl days because I kinda got tired of Ash being so bland and dumb every season. He just felt like a real corporate cash grab. But I heard positive things about the X/Y anime and the Sun/Moon anime. Is it worth even getting back into the anime at this point? Thinking about just watching either the X/Y or Sun/Moon anime just to have something to watch.
