If I breed from Dusk Lycanroc, the future Rockruff will be able to evolve in another Dusk Lycanroc with though claws? Or it will be just a regular shitty dog?

Own Tempo Rockruff is a separate species in the game code. It can only breed more Own Tempo babies and they can only evolve into Dusk.

you need to make sure it can pass the ability Own Tempo to the offspring for it to become Dusk Lycanroc. If your Rockruff's male, you'll need to ditto-breed or it won't get Own Twmpo/Tough Claws on evolution.

That's based on their spot in the dex, which it shares with other Lycanrocs. But a female Dusk can only produce Own Tempo offspring, and a non-Dusk female cannot. The male has no bearing on the baby's ability, unless he's the mommy with Ditto.

Deoxy-A isn't a seperate pokemon from Deoxys-N, Rotom-C is the same as Rotom-H, and so on and so forth
