What could've possibly made these games better and more enjoyable?

I think the games would've been miles better if there were more areas to explore. The Ultra Megalopolis (sp?) was falsely advertised as this new, fleshed out area in the trailers but it turned out to be just a shabby corridor.

On a personal level, I don't hate it, but I can't say that it's my favorite. I felt robbed after finishing the game because I thought that these few new features (if we can even call them that) felt like they should have been in the original games.
