You get your first at 20 stickers (Gumshoos in US, Raticate in UM) your second at 40 (Marowak in US, Araquanid in UM), your third at 50 (Lurantis in US, Salazzle in UM), your fourth at 70 (Vikavolt in US, Togedemaru in UM), your fifth at 80 (Mimikyu in both games) and the final one at all 100 stickers (Ribombee in US, Kommo-o in UM).
