OP is right faggot. Stop excusing every terrible decision Game Freak makes. EV training was easy as fuck in Gen. 6 with the combination of Honey/Sweet Scent making Horde Battles guaranteed to appear. Meanwhile in S/M/US/UM you have to pray that the Pokemon will call for help and actually succeed in calling for help as well. And fyi, not every Pokemon has Intimidate, Unnerve, or Pressure for helping with this.

Maybe in X and Y, but in ORAS, some routes can only spawn 1 Pokémon species in hordes.

And what do you know there's a dedicated horde for each stat you can train for. Like, Shuppet in Mt Pyre is for ATT EVs, and only Shuppets can appear in hordes in Mt Pyre.

Sure they were a simpler approach to ev training, but don't act like SOS doesn't have its benefits.
And ev training isn't even that slower with SOS, the one thing that made it better in gen 6 was Super Training and all that came with it (reset bags, better monitoring for spreads that require very specific evs investment)

Dexnav was only added as they needed a way to add non-Gen III Pokémon to the games, like they did with HG/SS for Hoenn/Sinnoh mons except unlike with those, they didn't have a radio to spawn them so had to add another way. Bet your fucking arse, they'll put something similar in to the D/P remakes to allow you to catch Gen V VI and VII mons, that also won't return as they'll figure there's no need to bring it forward.
