I've recently been banned on my 3DS (probably for playing UM online on 16th november) and I've tried everything to get unbanned but it was useless until I found this video

Is it safe? That looks too easy imo so I'm a little bit worried about this method.

if you change the friend code seed with gm9, with 1 not banned, you can get unbanned . but: if you are using the leaked cia you will be always banned. so make a backup, uninstall the unlegit cia, download it with freeshop, then import the backup.
