I always see machoke as female. I know it looks as far away from feminine as possible, but when I was a kid, I got stuck on witney and her shitty milktank in crystal. I found that machop you get in a trade and stomped her with it. I eventually stopped using any other pokemon but that machop/choke and I'm pretty sure I did at least 4 runs of crystal all the way to red only using that machoke. It was always female, so eventually I just saw it as feminine.

Plus, it's backspite looks like it has lipstick on it.

Sorry but with that body style and the "hair" petals are shaped, it's just impossible not to see roserade as feminine. If the mask covered the eyes like actual tuxedo mask, an argument might be made, but instead it emphasizes a pair of large, red, feminine eyes. And them hips, mane.

That seems to be a pretty big leap, especially when tumblr is well known for genderbending+racebending characters. They would probably assume that Roserade is always a sassy black woman (male) with a pig nose and a face tattoo.

I'm usually autistic about seeing all Pokemon (excluding 100% ratios) as both genders - just doing whatever they do with whatever junk they have - but I absolutely cannot see Articuno, Suicune or Reshiram as female. The three of them carry far too much of a bishounen vibe for me and it simply doesn't feel right any other way.
