Pretty sure people like his character design and personality considering the memes after his official introduction trailer. USUM definitely made him a better character, whereas in SM he was still mean and egoistical not even being sorry for anything.
tfw no Guzma redeeming himself while being Hala’s trainee and living with him and Hau. Oh well, there is fan art to depict these non-canon happenings. Can’t complain.
