I'm compiling a bunch of guides and hints tips, helpful info shit etc for my bf who hasn't done shit with Pokémon since OG Ruby and Saphire..
Right now what im working on specifically is a list of all the legendary, mythical, speudo-legendary, semi-speudo legendary pokemon..

Am I missing any sub catagory?

And can you help me out with the semi-speudos?

Kind of yea, a semi-pseudo legendary is a powerful pokemon that many believe to be pseudo legendaries but actually aren't by definition like Lucario and Zaroark

zoroark and lucario aren't strong at all, they're fairly average
Pseudo legendaries are pseudo legendaries because they're usually the last dex entry before the legendaries, they are 3-stage evolutions, have an exact BST of 600 without mega evolving and have 1,250,000 exp at level 100

I was really unsure of where the UBs fall, however Goodra and kommo-o I have as part of my psuedo-legendary list, I'll paste it here maybe you guys can tell me if I have it all fucked off..

Fans usually refer to all pokémon that are unique in a game and can't reproduce (fuck you manaphy) or are obtained via events as legendaries.
But it's cut into three categories inside the game :

Mythicals (event only shit, including deoxys even if you can catch it in ORAS)
Legendaries (usually box legends, mewtwo, whatever, those can't enter battle facilities like the battle tree)
Sub-legendaries (usually lower legendaries like the birds, golems, etc, those can enter battle facilities)
Also we now have UBs now, I'm not sure but I think the game treats them as sub-legendaries.

If i'm wrong please someone correct me.

Ok thanks, I think zoroark and lucario are only making the list because of how they once were so difficult to obtain and gained the status of semi-speudo because they were mistaken by so many otherwise..

Im sorry Im strugglinh here i hope I am making sense guys, my english is prettt shit but I am tryinf since I reaaallly want to make a guide for him rather than buy one so its special and gives extra attention to his favorite things and things he is confused by the most.

Ok awesome! So semi-lengendary is probably just some fan made catagory to define the rarer more powerful pokemon? It seems most people here aren't familair with it so im assuming its fan made bs..

Should I just stick to the catagories you listed, or should I include something to the same effect so he knows whether his pokemon are legit?

Semi-pseudo isn't really a category. Many Pokemon listed are just those that evolve relatively late and have above-average BSTs, but do not have BSTS rivaling major Legendary Pokemon.

The only normal Pokemon that can be considered pseudo are the 600 BST normies: Dragonite, Tyranitar, Salamence, Metagross, Garchomp, Hydreigon, Goodra, and Kommo-o.
