Hawlucha is good against 6/8 totems, all the Kahunas, and 2 of the elite 4, and some other notable trainers like Guzma.
Incineroar is similarly strong, especially against the legendaries, except Ultra Necrozma which shits on both.

Yeah, you get brick break pretty early to hold him over until flying press and then later high jump kick. Roost helps and hone claws was nice early as well. Doesn't get swords dance until 60..

Literally only thing is you get Acrobatics on third island so you're stuck with wing attack or aerial ace. Otherwise acrobatics + unburden is really powerful.
