Yes because cute npc dialogue makes up for there being no national dex, no proper post-game facility, no new alolan forms, the volcano area still not having an interior, ultra megalopolis being a fucking hallway, and all but one of the new forms being a copy paste with stuff from other pokemon tacked on. Clearly.
