The best offensive typing is actually Rock because it has a positive super-effective differential, similar to Ghost, but without the burden of having something be immune to it

It's easier to identify the worst offensive type, or really just the group of types that take up the bottom end of the line offensively speaking

The only relevant normal type is chansey, and the important ghosts also have focus blast (Not that it'd help against chansey, better to just switch out)

what is the basis for this? VGC? OU? UU? NU?
are you one of those autists who tunnel-visions a single meta and keeps parroting back something that only makes sense in the context of one metagame and doesn't holistically consider the full range of a type's offensive usefulness across all games? Because that would be disappointing
