Is it possible to get Zeraora on a cart yet? I'm pretty impatient with my livingdex.

Officially, no. You can try importing with PkHEX and homebrew, but that process is too convoluted to give a shit about. Just wait for the official event next year.

Alternatively, if you want to hack your 3ds (implying it already isn't), the you can jump straight to /vg/.

Again, have fun with that. Process is needlessly complicated, and the only people who will help you are going to say vague "you need this" statements without going into what exactly you need and what to do.
