Ash-Greninja's basically a Mega so obviously he's stronger than any mon Ash has had.
Sceptile beat Darkrai of course, but Charizard beat Articuno so I'd say they're pretty even on that end.
Infernape has the best moments drama-wise, but if we were going to autistically measure power levels it's probably worth noting Infernape was only shown to be really strong within his weight class, IE against other elite trainers of Ash's age. When he went up against Flint's Infernape he got pointed. Sadly, Infernape has never gotten a chance to return to prove his worth like Sceptile did.
The show's power level are wildly inconsistent with Ash's Gen 1 team especially though, Charizard was shown to be so broken in Johto that they had to force him off his team for a lot of the time so he wouldn't make the show stale. Then he got stronger up to the point he beat that Articuno, then the next time he showed up he lost to a Dusclops so the rest of the Gen 1 team could get more spotlight (not that I didn't want to see Bulbasaur/Squirtle getting a day in the spotlight, but Charizard losing so badly was just really poorly done). I think the next time after that was his Unova appearance, but IIIRC he didn't even really do much there other than dickslap Iris's Dragonite. Supposedly his training in the valley is over but they haven't really given him a proper way to display his strength yet.
