it literally just means "these newest games have been led up to by all the other games in the series"
which is true in a sense. it can be said about every single new game. every new game is made with the experience from making all the other ones in mind, shared through the development teams. it essentially means nothing but it overhypes people and makes them speculate and want to buy it, which means it did its job
